I know this has been tackled many times over. I'm still a bit confused during research on this topic. I'm filing for a k-1 visa for my fiance in the Netherlands. And im not sure ifi have my joint sponsor and myself fill out the 134 form or the 184 form. or even both?

I don't have to file those with my I-129F packet either from what i understand it goes with my fiance to her interview? Some clarification would go along way for my peace of mind. Thanks folks.

The I-134 is needed later at the K-1 visa interview. It is not sent with the I-129F petition. To research what is to come after the I-129F petition is approved, see the info for your consulate > http://amsterdam.usconsulate.gov/iv_k1_pkt3.html

An I-864 will be needed after you are in the US, married and filing for AOS.

Little heads-up for the AMS consulate; They like tax-returns.

If you have them send copies to your fiance (or email and print).

The tax returns are not required according to the instructions of the I-134, but they like them (if you have them)

I have the last 3 years worth from myself and my joint /co sponsor whatever they would be called that still confuses me.

So get all 6 of them over to your fiance.

As for the letter from your employer, it's nice to have. But I wasn't even asked for that. Dutch nationals in the AMS consulate have a pretty easy time.
