Hi guys,

My 2 year marriage green card is almost expired please help with any advice on where I start with my 10 year one. My hubby and I are confused about the 90 day rule.

You should apply 90 days before the Green Card expires.

09/04/13 Package received
09/11/13 Checks cashed
09/14/13 NOAs hardcopies received in the mail
09/17/13 Biometrics letter received in the mail for 10/09/2012
10/09/13 Biometrics
10/09/13 Moved to "Testing and Interview"
11/13/13 EAD changed to "Card Production"
11/22/13 EAD delivered by USPS mail
05/16/14 Text notice of interview scheduled for June 23rd, 2014

06/23/14 Interview day. Approved on the spot.

06/27/14 E-mail/Text for Card Production

06/27/14 E-mail/Text with USPS tracking number

06/28/14 Received welcome letter in the mail

07/01/14 Green card in hand!

do not let your 2 year green card expire. if it expires, you'll have to start all over again.

2006 - Entered US on F-1
2009 - COS to H-1
2011 - Married USC

Conditional GC Process:
04/2012 - Concurrent I-130 petition / I-485 AOS / I-765 EAD / I-131 AP sent
35 days to biometrics, 73 days to EAD/AP combo card, 85 days to interview, 96 days to Conditional Green Card

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship
