Can I ask a stupid question?

Could sb tell me what the affidavids from relatives and friends(that they know us and they support us) should include?

Is there a sample form somewhere?

And do u think that if we submit too many(like 6- just want to make them inderstand that we really wanna be together) that could be a disadvantage?

I was thinking along the same lines, but to bring a letter from my father to the interview. He REALLY wants Edgar here for some reason, and has offered to write a letter.

Might they consider it at the interview, or would it be superfluous?

To be very honest with you, letters from relatives and friends at the K-1 Visa stage are really not going to help you much. USCIS still processes cases as they receive them and, as the letters are not a requested document for the process, I doubt it will do much to speed up your process. Even people who are expecting babies while in the process don't get any kind of special treatment, as well as people using lawyers. It's just a waiting game for everyone.

If I were you, I would include everything that is asked for, and provide as much proof of a bona fide relationship that you can. That will go further than letters from friends and family.

That's just my opinion.

By the time you have been approved, and are at the interview stage, they really aren't necessary. But, it's totally up to you what evidence and documents you would like to take to your interview. They ask you to put your documents in order before your interview, and are very specific about what they want to see, due to time restrictions, so they may not even get a chance to look at the letters anyways.

Plus, like I said before, the fact that your friends and relatives say you want to be together is not really going to make any difference.

You will probably get approved at your interview, unless you have a criminal background or serious medical issues.

i dont think it would help us to speed up the process - i thought it might help us to prove bona fide relationship,thats all.

wouldnt it be considered as a secondary evidence?

I think this depends on who is writing the letter and what other evidence of meeting or relationship you have. We had a pastor in the community I stayed in write a letter testifying I was there on said dates because I had little evidence besides plan tickey itenerary, photos and a phamplet from the church service with date I was at while there. I am not saying it necessarily sped up our case, but didn't hurt it either.
