Hi all, I have gotten Biometrics appointment notice for the date of 04/25/2016. Please someone update it accordingly. Thanks.

February 28- AOS package sent. ( I-130, I-485, I-765)
March 5- Package delivered to USCIS Chicago.
March 11- Email and text notification with Receipt Numbers.
March 14- Hardcopy of NOA1 for all three applications.
March 21- Received biometrics appointment letter for 04/04/2014
April 2 - Completed Walk in Biometrics appointment successfully. (Original Appointment was for 4th April)
April 9- I-485 Case status has been updated to " Testing & Interview "
April 16- Text and email alert for case update for AOS interview on 22nd May 2014.
April 18- Hardcopy of Interview notice received in mail.
May 22- AOS interview, approved on the spot and got stamp in my passport.
May 27 - Approval notice of I-130 and I-485 in mail.
May 29- Received GC in mail.

I haven't logged on in awhile. I'm glad to see some progress and I see sunshinestate received the biometrics letter. My wife complete her biometrics yesterday. She said it was packed, there was no parking, and she was there for nearly 2 hours. This was the complete opposite of our AOS experience.

Yes. Finally got my biometrics appointment and did an early walk-in.

Sorry to hear your wife had to wait such a long time to get her biometrics done. Well, at least you guys are now one step closer to getting your 10 year green card!

Hi all,

I was wondering how long after you all got the NOA1 you received the Biometrics appointment letter. I only ask because I am an April filer and got my NOA1 on 4.4.16 but haven't gotten the biometrics letter, however I'm going on vacation May 16th and don't want to be having a panic attack all the time I'm away. Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi all,

I was wondering how long after you all got the NOA1 you received the Biometrics appointment letter. I only ask because I am an April filer and got my NOA1 on 4.4.16 but haven't gotten the biometrics letter, however I'm going on vacation May 16th and don't want to be having a panic attack all the time I'm away. Please let me know. Thank you!

We got our biometrics letter 14 days after we received our NOA1.

Got my Biometrics appointment today. My husband just texted me a picture of it. The appointment will be 10 days before my vacation so I should be fine :D

I was able to do early walk in Biometrics yesterday on 04/21/2016.

February 28- AOS package sent. ( I-130, I-485, I-765)
March 5- Package delivered to USCIS Chicago.
March 11- Email and text notification with Receipt Numbers.
March 14- Hardcopy of NOA1 for all three applications.
March 21- Received biometrics appointment letter for 04/04/2014
April 2 - Completed Walk in Biometrics appointment successfully. (Original Appointment was for 4th April)
April 9- I-485 Case status has been updated to " Testing & Interview "
April 16- Text and email alert for case update for AOS interview on 22nd May 2014.
April 18- Hardcopy of Interview notice received in mail.
May 22- AOS interview, approved on the spot and got stamp in my passport.
May 27 - Approval notice of I-130 and I-485 in mail.
May 29- Received GC in mail.

ROC Timeline:

03/28/2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

03/29/2016: Package delivered.

03/31/2016: cheque cached.

04/02/2016: Received NOA1 in mail, dated 03/29/2016.

04/13/2016: Received Biometrics notice for the date of 04/25/2016.

04/21/2016: Early walk in Biometrics

09/28/2016: Text and email alert about approval of ROC

10/06/2016: Received 10-years green card in mail

March 28 filer here. No NOA1 yet. VSC received it 4/4, but no check was cashed or any other indication that they've even touched it. Getting a little anxious here.

USCIS online status updated on May 14th, 2014 from "Acceptance" to "Testing and Interview"
NOA i797C notice for interview scheduled for June 17th, 2014.
AOS APPROVED!!!!
USCIS online status updated to Card/document production on June 20th, 2014
USPS tracking states Card will arrive in the Mail on June 23rd, 2014.
