Has any other K1 AOS filers gotten a notice of action for their medical form? Even when you submitted the DS3025? Unpredicability is a definite with the USCIS. My husband's case stayed at NBC- this may have made a difference.

The wait is definitely getting boring, how is everyone passing the time?

I got a gym membership, binge watch shows... Found a starbucks I go once a week and read while having a drink.

- I just got out of the ASC and everything went smoothly. The lady was surprised I had to come twice haha. Now the actual wait begins!

( I had my EAD bio done on 3/30 and GC was scheduled on 5/2. As my hubby is on sick leave and can't afford to take time off anymore, we decided to try a walk in. )

August 2011: Started talking to Brian

Exactly! The i767 is for both since u have a combo card. The top says EAD but when u read it, the body talks about the AP.

That is such great news!!! :dancing:

Congratulation, now you can relax and not have to worry about it for 2 years.

Thank you! It's definitely a huge relief. Now to just get my driver's license sorted.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Next step: Citizenship!
