Just check my case this morning and saw this

"On April 11, 2016, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , . We will mail your approval notice."

What does it mean? DO I just get a letter? or does the Employment Authorization comes with it?

EAD was mailed today!!

Hang in there! I know the waiting sucks. Yours will probably come in a couple of weeks or so since you filed in late Feb. Mine was received by USCIS on Feb 3, and fortunately I did not receive any RFE.

Yeaaahhh keeping myself sane here while waiting for my husband come home from work everyday. Its a better set up now than it was before cause i get to drive him to work and pick him up everyday! I get to go to malls whenever im bored here hahaha.

And regarding with the RFE i havent received it yet so im just thankful and really hopeful not to get any. Tho I didnt include my medical with the concurrent filing. (Adjusting from B1).

I also received a letter from USCIS stating that they havent received my Medical reports and suggested not to mail it yet and wait for the interview scheduled or RFE if not applicable for interview (so i guess ill just have to bring it in my interview). Happy with this cause it only means that they're working on my case!!

Ok... I will break my silence here....

I tried not to think about it too much and watch netflix all day ...BUT... now i am a little concerned. USCIS recieved my case on February 3rd and i havnt heard anything... Today is the 73 days... which I guess doesn't mean much now....

I think they just go down by last name in a month .....atleast that's what i keep telling myself to not pull my hair out!!!

If you have not had a noa-1, biometric letter and your check has not been cashed, it's time to start worrying and you need to call them.

Did your EAD case approval come in before your interview date was given? I was also given an AOS interview date, but I thought that meant they don't really look at the EAD or AP anymore.

It was approved 7 days after interview date is given. I thought they won't update the ead. But they still do.

I'm hoping for a combo card. My EAD card is scheduled to arrive today according to USPS tracking. Both my EAD and AP have been approved but only the EAD showed updates online about mailing.

One was a letter and the EAD was a card, but at the bottom it said something about AP.

I assume if you leave the country you would need to bring both just in case.

I think it's only if they can't find your medical. I'm not completely sure though.

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:

Came across with information from visa journey poster too and It said that you will get RFE ONLY if they cannot find the DS 3025 From your file that you submitted to your POE. The original vaccination record is included in the yellow envelope that we submitted in the POE.
