Just put in your field office :)

If you're not sure which office is your field office, you can google the field office nearest to you and make sure they service your county.

Thank you :), looks like in Dallas they are working on the April 2015 cases DAMN 0-0

Trinaqueen - I wasn't able to find why/how you got your case expedited, but congrats!

I filed in mid feb, bio early march, then RFIE for -i485 end of March. Just had the update that RFE was received so hopefully things will get moving again. It's really disheartening when you get an RFE

Filed I-485/130/131/765 - 2/16/16

For my local ASC, it refers to the NOA1 date, and from looking at timelines it appears to be accurate. So not sure why you got an interview now, but oh well. You're lucky!! Congrats! :)

Yeah I guess so! Maybe they just put that date as a generic 6 month filing date? Idk it doesn't make sense to me!

@Thepostagestamp...We sent a request based on an employment offer. (its expired now) They responded w a RFE, lol...we replied and waited about 2 weeks, no response if granted or not. So I emailed the senator and they contacted USCIS and asked for status on all 3 cases. Somehow that helped the greencard process as well. The senator mailed us a copy of their emails back and forth.

My case haven't updated yet after i got my biometric last march 25, 2016. It is still on "fingerprinting fee accepted...and our NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER location is working on your case..." We filed our AOS Feb 25, 2016. Guys, How do we know if our case is being transferred to nebraska service center? i wonder since we're from nebraska but my biometrics took place in wyoming state which is 3 hours drive away from my place.

You likely will not hear anything until a month after your biometrics... so April 25. I have never heard of EAD/AP/AOS cases being transferred to Nebraska Service Center. Where did you see that? The office you did your biometrics at is the office processing your application and there is no way to know if they are working on your case until either 75 days has passed and you can file a service request or until they update your case with an approval or RFE.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Don't worry too much, I filed the day before you and had my biometrics on March 21st, I haven't heard anything yet either! My USCIS case says the same thing too. Feeling a little stir crazy sitting at home seeing all these wonderful updates!

My friend is from Ohio.

Don't compare your case to that of other people. You will drive yourself insane. I sat here day after day, reading about people's progress (some who sent their applications in WEEKS after me) and made myself unnecessarily upset. It doesn't help anyone :(.

No one knows why USCIS does things the way they do.

Agreed. That's one of the biggest things I've learned throughout this process- we can't predict how USCIS works, so it's no use trying to find patterns or systems. Just try to keep your mind off it. Go spend time with your loved ones. We'll all get there eventually. :)

I'm not driving myself to craziness. I was just simply asking a question about the process. Infact I'm very happy for my friend and knowing it's a good sign for february filers knowing there is a good progression somehow.

We got an RFE on 31st March, received today. They need most recent tax returns and pay stubs from the sponsor..

Still nothing on EAD/AP.

I got the exact same thing about 2 weeks ago. Very frustrating as we sent a lot of info initially proving income.

It appears that there is a lot of luck involved in this process, as many people filing at the same time have EAD/AP and even interviews/GC already.

When I called and spoke to the Tier 2...they said even though the RFE is for the 485, they stop working on the EAD/AP while they review your evidence submitted. My friend a Jan filer got her EAD card in hand, but the next day got a RFE for taxes on the 485. And a week later a RFE on the AP for incomplete medical. Dont worry, it will all come together soon.

You should get an update and it should change to "My Interview is Scheduled"--they will also mail you a notice with more specifics.
