Best Way to Prepare ROC Package

We are preparing our ROC package and it is a lot of documents. What is the best way to package this? Do you guys suggest putting it in a binder? Or different folders with paper clips? What is the best way to do this?

We got a mailing box that holds 8.5x11" paper, about 2" deep, at Target to put everything in. I separated each piece or collection of documents with a cover sheet and a little binder clip. They don't seem to like it when you staple stuff, but sometimes it's unavoidable (I had about 100 sheets of multiple-page bank statements).

On each cover sheet, I wrote the GC number and identified what was under the cover sheet. Put everything in the box, as well as a "contents" list and a cover letter.

That sounds really good, Ortolan. I have a question about the Cover Letter. What should we include in the cover letter? Just the contents of the package?

Again, make sure the cover page includes:

-- the applicants contact information (name, address, phone number)

-- A description of the benefit you are applying for, (Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family Based Adjustment of Status Application)

-- A table of contents listing the major items in your package (i.e. I-485 and evidence, I-765, I-131, etc)

-- A line with the applicants signature and date

We used two-hole ACCO style fasteners (per the mentioned link) and whatever USPS priority box was appropriate for our "novella."
