Hello, so thank you for all the informations I got here. My wife whom I am separated with told me she was cheating with her coworker while she was with me. I was raising our kid at that time, since we separate she barley answer my texts or let me see the kid, she won't even give me the record of taxes transcript. She won't cooperate and keep blocking my number. She is horrible. Since I was easing the kid I wasn't working so I am lost right now I don't know what to do

I'm so sorry you are going through this. In terms of your tax transcripts, you can go to your local IRS office and order paper copies which they give you in your hands. No spouse needed.

In terms of your child, she is no more entitled to see him than you are. I would insist on shared custody via divorce. Someone who is withholding a parent's affection from their own child out of spite is not to be reasoned with. If she initiates divorce proceedings, you will not have the upper hand. Good luck!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
