How much time it takes to process visa after submission of sought to acquire form?

Same as every other person with a PD about to be current and a visa application. There is no specific amount of time. Time is dependent on PD, which embassy, etc. when you file the DS-260 has nothing to do with time.

Your questions are getting ridiculous. File and stop worrying because there is nothing you can do about aging out.

Different service center process i-130 in different time.

But I saw that Vermont service center took much time to approve a petition( more than 6 months or so)

My sister lives in Queens, NY

If my mom apply for me then will my petition process in Vermont service center? ( because the more it takes time to approve a petition the more it is better for me)

You will be processed at which ever service center is processing your type of Visa at the time you file. There's no guessing here. Currently I-130's are going to CSC, NSC and TSC. Some are getting routed to Potomac (New center in Virginia). All you can do when that time comes is file. You can;t dictate which service center you go to. Not your choice.

My dad who is green card holder submitted an I-130 for my brother last week. My brother turns 21 in June. Do you think he will make it through in the F2A category?
