We did our biometric appointment on the 11th feb still waiting with no update on site since we first registered. Is anyone else going stir crazy from not working yet or is it just me lol

hi everyone!!

hope all is well!!

After doing biometrics twice (last 02/26.16) and RFE notice (recieves 02/24/16) to proof marriage between US Citizen and Benefiaciary (crazy..lol) ... and a notice of wrong address on I-131 application that It was corrected on 03/01/16... We just got an email that on 03/01/16.. document for I i131 was mailed to the address on file... yay.. so happy..

After doing biometrics twice (last 02/26.16) and RFE notice (recieves 02/24/16) to proof marriage between US Citizen and Benefiaciary (crazy..lol) ... and a notice of wrong address on I-131 application that It was corrected on 03/01/16... We just got an email that on 03/01/16.. document for I i131 was mailed to the address on file... yay.. so happy..

Called the USCIS they said they are working on August 2015 cases.

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding to processing time. My service center as stated in form I-797C is NBC. When I check the USCIS website for NBC Processing dates, it doesn't show processing date for form I-485, instead it shows processing time for form I-765 which is 3 months. When I check my field office (Sacramento), it shows that they've been working on cases of April 27, 2015 for form I-485. And on VJ website, the processing time for NBC currently is January 14, 2016. So I'm kinda confused, what processing time should I follow here?

I-485 AOS

10/01/2015: Got married!!!

01/04/2016: Sent AOS package (I-130/ I-485/ I-765) to USCIS Chicago Lockbox via USPS

01/06/2016: AOS package was delivered at USCIS Chicago Lockbox

01/13/2016: Received 3 text/email notifications from USCIS

01/14/2016: Check cashed out by USCIS

01/19/2016: Received official NOAs in the mailbox

01/29/2016: Received biometric letter in the mailbox scheduled for 2/8/2016

02/08/2016: Biometric appointment done

03/25/2016: Received email/text notification: "Interview is scheduled for 04/26/2016"

04/02/2016: Update on EAD: "New Card is being produced"

04/07/2016: Received EAD card in the mail.

04/26/2016: AOS interview done. Got approved on the same date. :dance:

I just received RFE update by text and email for my I-485. Any one else here with a similar timeline being served a RFE? I wonder what this is. So stressed! :cry:

N400 Timeline

  • 09/23/2019: Applied and paid online. Received a receipt number immediately.
  • 09/24/2019: USCIS online estimate is April 2020 
  • 09/28/2019: NOA1 received in my mailbox
  • 09/28/2019: Biometrics appointment scheduled [waiting for notice]
  • 10/04/2019: Biometrics appointment notice received in mailbox 
  • 10/17/2019: Biometrics appointment in Revere, MA completed
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS status changed to "we reviewed your biometrics"
  • 10/17/2019: USCIS online estimate is March 2020
  • 01/01/2020: Interview scheduled for Feb. 5, 2020
  • 02/05/2020: Interview expected in Boston
  • 02/04/2020: Received interview de-scheduled [ugh!]
  • 02/11/2020: Interview scheduled for March 10, 2020
  • 03/10/2020: Interview passed. N-400 Approved.
