I am a surviving spouse of Deceased veteran who served in vietnam war. The VA granted his death as a cause of service connected since Arteriosclerotic cardio vascular disease was related to military service. Do I qualify to file for Naturalization under section 319 (d) ?

Does anyone here had the same situation? If so would really appreciate to know how it goes. Thank you

are you currently holding a Green Card, or no ? If yes, whats the 'resident since' date printed on it ?

None of us here can tell you whether you qualify or not. There are terms and conditions that need to be met in other to qualify. Being the widow itself alone does not override those other conditions.

Do your research or hire someone to do it for you.
