3 N/A where?

I see several people mentioning that when they have gotten 3 N/As it means that case is completed. Where should I be looking to see these N/As. I received an email today from NVC telling me that they are getting a high volume of mail and that they have my documents and to allow them 30 days from the day they received it for them to review. Has anyone gotten something like that?

Thanks

I also have gotten the same email from NVC on 01/07/16. On the ceac.state.gov/ceac/ there should already have 2 N/A's on the website. The third N/A will show up under Affidavit of Support Fee. Right now it would say PAID and then will change to N/A.

I just sent a response to a checklist, which NVC received on 1/4/16. BUT today the website says:

AOS Fee: N/A

AOS Documents: N/A

IV Fee: Paid

IV Application: Completed

Civil Documents:N/A

So that is 3 N/As but it seems way too soon! Of course I am getting the "due to an unusually high call volume message" when I call. Do people see 3 N/As in those spots and report that it's not a case complete? Thanks!

Looks like a case complete to me so congratulations. Was yours an expedited case as your scan date says 12-21-2015 which means it took you 20 days to get your Case Completed which is super fast?

Dont call during the lunch hours of 12pm and 1pm. Most people call when they see the 3 N/A and they confirm over the phone that the case is complete. Just give it some time and try calling again later on today. Good luck!!

It was not expedited and my original scan date was 12-21-2015, so I am quite surprised to see 3 N/As. Hoping to confirm with NVC soon!

I called and the woman I spoke to said that the "case is complete" and they'll be scheduling an interview. I am obviously THRILLED but what is going on? I can't for the life of me figure out why it would be so fast and I am worried that there has been some kind of mistake and that the woman I spoke to is wrong!

So I called again and spoke to a man who said my "case is completed" but that they still have to do a "final review." This seems to mean it's not actually a case complete even though I still have three N/As. I feel like I was told one thing by the woman I spoke to first and then the opposite by the man! This is so confusing - why would she say my case was complete and tell me that they were going to schedule the interview when that's not true?!
