got the RFE letter today . i dont think they are asking for any missing documents .

BUT SIGH THE WITHDRAWAL NOTICE ?

I NEVER SENT ANY WITHDRAWAL NOTICE ?

You need to call them NOW!!! That is crazy. I am so sorry that has caused your delay.

U shud call them asap and clear this issue.. The letter clearly states that u applied for withdrawal for your i 130.

i did . some 1 got hold of my info and try to cancel my petition with my fake photocopied signatures . Good thing uscis didn't buy the signatures and canceled it . 6 months whould have been wasted . :(

I spoke to the agent he told me to write a letter saying it wasn't you etc etc

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
