When to file i-601?

When is the proper time to file an i-601 waiver form in order to avoid immunizations? Our i-130 has been approved and we are at the AOS stage. It seems that I need to have my initial interview, get denied and then apply for the i-601.

In the event that my i-601 is denied, what are my options?

I know the topic of immunizations is a very controversial one but lets try and keep that debate out of this thread. If you feel you must say something, please private message me.

I think you can either refile or appeal if you are denied.
