Four days might not be great as far as the US Consulate is concerned, but if he has the second visit before the interview, that should be enough, don't you think? I say file now; you should have enough for USCIS approval.

Dont know how much you've already done, but send love letters and e-mails. Make sure to keep the envelope to prove the date it was sent. You can cross out the naughty bits :) Phone records show contact, these show the feelings involved. If nothing else, you'll have an excellent collection to look back at in 10 years and get warm fuzzies hehe!

You have fufilled the requirements of meeting in the last two years. I disagree that your petition would be denied, especially if you are going there again in July. When she finally goes for her interview, she will not only have just one visit with you, but two. Just take many, many, photos in July and have copies of your phone calls, emails, whatever else you have for the interview. I personally would not wait to file after July. Her interview will be long after the 2nd visit. That is were you really have to prove your relationship.

Just my humble opinion. Good Luck!

Randy

hehe Its a good thing her and I are both VERY sentimental: I write love letters, poems, texts, calls, emails, we've sent cards to each other and both keep the envelopes and everythings, send pics to each other, she's made a photo album/scrap book of our relationship, shes even kept the boxes that I've shipped gifts to her in. And I have plenty of emails from her mother and father, western union reciepts, even emails between my father and her father. My dad has known her dad for a couple of years through ministry, thats how I met KRistine was through my fathers ministry. And all the emails go back to July 2nd 2006- I even have the email where she said yes to court me! :)

think we'll be okay-

I'm thankful to have come across this forum though, big time! Thanks everyone

Not about your K1, but let's try to save you some money, and talk on the phone even more..

Go to http://www.pinoycalls.com sign up for the Mabuhay Calls plan. They will put a bag phone (Cell Phone) at her residence, and you can call that phone for $59.00/month unlimited calling. They also have an option for a smaller hand held cell phone now, but I think the monthly fee is slightly higher.

Ann and I have used this for a long time, and 95% of the time it works great. of course the quality of other calls to the Philippines is only about 95% of the time too.

I don't remember how much the initial setup fee was, but you'd be saving money the first month.

Good Luck and Congrats on your engagment. Hope your K1 goes smoothly and quickly!

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

Hello, we are on the same boat. My fiance stayed here for only four days. Right after his visit, he filed the I-129F. Now, we are waiting for our NOA2.

What is important , your fiancee can prove that your relationship is real and auithentic . That both of you are in love and will do everything to make your relationship work.

Evidences of genuine relationship such as daily emails and chatting, postal mails (both from you and yoru family), photographs, phone bills or cards, shipping invoices and many others will greatly help your fiancee during the interview.

So do not worry.....Goodspeed.....Goodluck ....
