Which vaccinations are required?

We're about to file for AOS (from K1). Looking at the Vaccination document from my wife's medical interview, I noticed only a few checkboxes were ticked. She claims that she was given all the required vaccinations at the interview, but on her document the only ones checked are Tdap, MMR, and Varicella History... I'm having trouble finding out exactly which vaccinations are required by the US? Are we safe to go ahead with the AOS forms or do we need to see a civil surgeon first?

You have to look for reliable Civil Surgeon first who are knowledgable about it, I paid $200 for it. Make sure civil surgeon understands you only need vaccine records updated and wont try to convince you you need to redo the whole thing. I checked your timeline, she had her medical examination in the Philippines last March 2015. Considering the delay while waiting for the AOS interview. It is best to have her vaccine records updated rathern than receiving an RFE thus will cause your AOS processing delayed.
