Good Day and Happy New Year!!

I know a number of people have had positive results with the submission of their service request after 75 days of their application being submitted. I'm wonder how long the response typically takes. I submitted mine today and was told I'd get a response in 30 days. I'm sure that's just the standard time frame everyone is told. Wondering about people experiences on this site....

Thanks!

Usually it's 90 days so the most you have to wait is 3 months

Thank you for your response. I'm actually trying to determine how long people had to wait for response after they submitted their service request, not the initial filing which is estimated at 90 day. After 75 days of your application pending you are allowed to submit a service request to make sure the application is being handled time appropriately/within the 90 day time frame.

service requests are useless when chasing that EAD thingie.

if you need yer EAD asap because of job offer or significant financial loss,

get into a local USCIS office, instead, via an infopass appointment,

and ask the clerk for expedited EAD.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

THE ANSWER IS 2 DAYS!!! I put in my service request on Monday and got an email that my EAD was approved this morning! If anyone has an application that has been pending for more then 75 days, I would encourage you to do the same, it actually makes a difference ;)
