Your profile says IR-5, but you posted in the AOS forum, which is confusing. What kind of visa are you applying for, and what kind of documents did you need to send?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

My son was the petitioner, My immigrant visa was approved in Saudi Arabia, but unfotunately i have to go back to my point of origin when i resigned, so i have to go back to the Phils. From there i booked my flight but did not let me fly to US because the envelope that was sealed was opened. I have to send the package back to US Embassy-Manila to be resealed. The Embassy found out that my medical exam was expired coz the changed the regulation that its good for six months only. So they issue me a REPLACEMENT VISA. In which i have to pay the visa again, new medical exam, NBI Clearance & Birth certificate and on the interview they asked me to have my son send a letter why he did not file Income Tax 2014 which he did and i forwarded it to them. Now its been 2months already since they received the letter through 2Go mailing service. My question is, "How long am I going to wait for my visa?

I agree with BB and that you need to stay in touch with USEM. Don't let up till you have all the information you need about your case(s). Best of luck.

calling the embassy is a big waste of time as you only talk to the call center as they will only tell you what you can see online yourself. as my daughters case was in ap for 3 months its like they forget about other case's that has already been interviewed. for 3 months i called they would allways say we are forwarding your concern to the embassy but never not 1 reply emailing the email address they tell you to email to just goes to that call center dont waste your time . Once i emailed the embassey itself i got a reply finally in 1 day and than my daughters case was approved and issued the very next day try emailing them through this email

IVManilaReplies@state.gov

Best of luck
