first am on k-1, got married, mailed the i-485 and i-765, and i made the biomatrics

i heard second day of the biomatrics the case be touched, but didnt find anything yet, am living in iowa and my biomatrics was in siuox falls, and just finshed on 6 march, papers was send on 15 februry

they gave me recipt number starts with MSC, which is missouri service center

any advice needed more than WAIT :S

anything thing i need to take care of it?

when i should be listening to any changeings, and when i should reccive my notice of action that they accepted my work athorization?

or the adjustment of status?

(20 July 2009) Filed I-751 with waiver for divorce

(25 July 2009) Check Cashed

(22 July 2009) Recived NOA1

(18 Aug 2009) Biomatrics

if its only been as month since you filed your EAD, then you probably have another 2 months to wait. Touches don't happen to everyone, don't take it personally.

My wife also had her Biometrics on march 6th. We have yet to be touched also. Looking at most people's timelines, it looks like most get touched the day after their Biometrics.

03-15-06 - NOA1

03-25-06 - NOA2 Approval

08-28-06 - Interview!!!

11-22-06 - Got the Visa!!!

03-06-07 - Biometrics Appointment

03-07-07 - Transferred to CSC

Having biometrics is in no way a predictor for getting a touch....in fact, I'd go as far as to say that most people don't get a touch after biometrics. Give your NOA1 30 days to arrive from the date they received it, if you haven't gotten it by then then make an infopass appointment to see where it is. Really other that the only advice is wait, and just keep checking your case online.
