my friend called, her pd is april 2014, no scheduled interview date for her tho. :( anyone else?

Hi Serenaoli,

It's very rare for me to find someone from SG here. I hope you get your interview date soon. I wanted to know how fast/soon the embassy can schedule immigration interview dates so please, keep me posted.

Hey guys if any of you have some info about SB-1 over-stayed visa will be very helpful.. So my Mother in law only came to U.S once then she got her G.C and left for pakistan after two or three years she wanted to come back. So they go through the whole paper work, case was accepted and step by step things were getting done. They requested the medical and DS-260 and other immigration process. today she had interview in Islamabad embassy. He asked her why she didn't go back in 2014 as she was hospitalized for 25 days Bcoz of major heart issues in May 2014 it took a while for her to recover and then my husband and I got married in August so the rest of her kids came to visit her as well and attended the wedding. Also he put her case in administrative processing and kept her passport. Gave her letter that says they're denying her visa but collect ur passport in Karachi visa consulate & the girl at the counter in embassy checked the status as they were exiting said the case is in investigation process and they'll contact back. Please let me know any help will be really appreciated.. Thank you

Hi. Why is ur friend doesnt have IL yet though her PD is current 3 months ago? When was she case complete? Thank u

not sure. she just got cc early january tho. is your pd current?

not sure. she just got cc early january tho. is your pd current?

Feb14 should be get interview longtime.. Becoz feb 2014was Current for longtime already.. Edited by Jayanne1226

debatable.. even if her pd is current if her case is not complete, s/he wont be able to get an interview date. :)
