I saw that episode before so when you just watch the clip it does not have the same affect.

I think the show is pretty good overall. For just a work show it is often emotional

One of the things I am starting to not like is each boss must feel obligated to give each person they work with at least 10,000 or else they will be seen as a cheapskate.

If each boss worked with every employee....every company would go bankrupt.

This is good. More bosses should be hands on with their lower level employees. It keeps the moral of the company good.
