The agency I used to complete my I130, gave me wrong advise.!

I stated "no" on prior CR1 visa applications.

When I should have stated yes cause I had (2) prior k1 visa approved within prior 3-5 years.

With both women disappearing afterwards an never utilizing visa.!

It's so disheartening cause USCIS denied my wife's K1 visa last Nov 2014.

"Stating I needed too wait two yrs before reapplying or marry her an file a CR1.

So after returning to Philippines to marry her earlier this year then receiving an approved CR1 from USCIS last month.

Our joy turned to disparate after being denied because of something technically.

Do anyone know what's next from USCIS for us.?

Will this be reconsidered or will it be revoked.?

What does the denial (221G form) say? It seems like the visa was denied due to misrepresentation. The CO will most likely request the USCIS to revoke your petition. They'll send it back to USCIS where USCIS will either reaffirm their approval and send it back to the embassy or send you a NOIR (notice of intent to revoke). You'll be given time to respond to the NOIR and provide supporting documentation.

If USCIS is satisfied, they'll approve your petition and you'll have to go through consular processing again.

Teeak,

Thanks for the info.

212(a)5(A) is checked, then "other" is typed in at bottom of document.

It's states the petitioner answered no on I130 visa petitions for two prior women.

Though current wife was one of them, he failed to acknowledge or disclose by answering "no".!

This is just unbelieveable.!

I'm awaiting USCIS response.
