Question about priority date turning 21 soon

Hello everyone.

My Mother sent the package for adjustment of status on December 1st. But It hast juts arrived at the post office in Chicago and it's ready for pick up. When asking why it was taking too long USPS told us they had a problem in some facility because of the weather.

The problem is that I turn 21 next week(Friday 18th)...

And my question is: What date does USCIS consider to determine my priority date?

My mother is a naturalized US citizen. I'm single.

The date they receive it.

I suspect you'll make it by a couple of days. If something is this time-sensitive though, overnight with FedEx or UPS was probably a better idea.

Day 6 (1/9/18) Walk-in biometrics in Fort Worth, TX

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

Well. It is already in USCIS PO box They just have to pick it up. Does it count as "received"? Or the package hast to be in their office and they have to open it?

They probably have to actually open it.

If it's at a PO box right now then it's at a post office.
