My wife the beneficiary is asked to go for sputum test nxt week for 3 days, she is undergoing dialysis for kidney failure 3x a week, this further test will really be hard for her since she lives in pampanga and having her dialysis there. Is that even fair? Theyve seen abnormalities on her xrays which is totally expected since shes on hemodialysis and put her on sputum test. Is there a way to have this waived? Dialysis patients are weak and so are their immune system, being around the clinic is not good for her. Any suggestions will be a great help! Thank you!

Unfortunately, you have met a steep hill that you need to climb to claim your prize.

As I see it, your approach is how can we (it's going to take a team) make her comfortable and also safe. I would contact SLEC and talk with them about her situation and ask for help in meeting within their parameters. I think you will find them to be helpful towards your situation. But, if you don't ask you don't know.

Good luck and keep us updated.
