possible to interview in Dubai? (split topic)

Hello,

My fiancee a American citizen want me to come permanently to united state and we have met before far back in my home country Nigeria. But rightnow am in dubai and am working in a restaurant which is under labour. My fiancee is planning to come to Dubai again to meet me by June 2016 so that we can take picture as part of the evidence to show during the interview. But my question now is that is it possible for me to get america permanent residence visa here in Dubai while my home country is Nigeria and what are the documents needed during the interview which will prove to the consular that am free to enter into the united state without delay. Is there any documents that my company will give to me in order to get the visa.

The US Consulate in Dubai does not conduct K1 visa interviews, you would have to go to the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Furthermore, in order to interview in Abu Dhabi, you would have to show proof of legal residence in the United Arab Emirates.

You will need to apply for K-1 visa, enter the US and apply for Adjustment of Status in order to receive the permanent resident card. You will not be granted PR directly upon entry to US unless you won the DV Lottery.

Look up K-1 application guide and collect all the documents required and documents to show your relationship is genuine. Make sure to keep all receipts and flight boarding passes, hotel booking, etc.

What is under Labour?

Looks like you are looking at an interview in 2017. Will you be still there?
