confused about NVC email size limitation (split topic)

My case number starts with GUZ, therefore eligible for email processing, but I have problem with file sizes, I have multiple files totaling 24.6 MB.

The NVC website said 5MB total is the limit ! And that everything should be in one package (that means one email) or else severe delays will result, but on the other hand, it also said "If you have many forms and documents to send us, you might need to send more than one email for that case".

I am really confused, any help will be much appreciated !

Each ATTACHMENT (not each email) must be under 5mb. The entire thing should be under 25mb or else they cannot receive it. And by one package they mean you should send all your IV documents and AOS documents at the same time, not like we used to it which was AOS after AOS was paid and IV after IV was paid. Now you send the AOS and the IV at the same time after you pay the AOS fee.

there's some tools to reduce density of pdf file sizes plus combining multiple pdf files. have you looked at any stuff?
