My fiancée is picking up her visa today. She has done siminar allready, just needs the sticker. Does she have to register online in order to pickup her CFO sticker.?

1. GCP certificate original and photocopy

2. Passport original and photocopy

3. Visa original and photocopy

No she does not need an appointment or to register, she only needs to stop by CFO with her passport and the certificate to get the sticker affixed.

CFO is by appointment only, has been for almost 2 years now. Zero need to wake early. Beside the OP already has her certificate from the seminar

My fiance and I checked with the CFO desk at Manila Terminal 3 before she did her CFO. They said that after one does the CFO and has the certificate, one still needs to call in and let the CFO folks know you are coming. Apparently there has to be some communication between the facility that did the CFO and the airport location that attaches the sticker. Also, be aware that the CFO sticker desk in Terminal 3 (Cebu Pacific, PAL domestic, Delta and others) has much more limited hours than the CFO desk in Terminal 1.

I do remember from my seminar that they can meet you at the airport for your sticker but it has to be scheduled in advance since they don't always have someone manning their desk there. Personally, I'd rather get that sticker at their office than to be at their mercy on the day I'm leaving.
