Got this letter states the following:

The sponsor or joint sponsor submitted an obsolete Affidavit of Support form. You can obtain an up-to-date version on U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website:http://uscis.gov/i-864

If the sponsor or joint sponsor already submitted any of the following documents, he or she must resubmit them with the up-to-date Affidavit of Support form:

* Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement
* Federal Income Tax Return or Transcript * Proof of Employment.

I don't even know my lawyer did everything ,i asked him about that he said its nothing to be worried about .

did you show him the letter? because you need to respond to the letter or you will be denied, you got an RFE, so everything is not OK

so if he doesn't care, then dump the attorney

He got one later too , should i tell hime to resubmit new affidative form.

Your lawyer used the old form and now you need to respond to the NVC checklist by sending in a new i-864 using the new form, as well as re-submit all supporting documents that goes with the i-864 such as IRS transcripts, US status etc.

My advise is to never trust the future of one's family to an attorney. I've read dozens of "screw up" stories that lawyers have caused in someone's visa process. Since you already do have an attorney dealing with your case, I highly recommend becoming very pro-active in the remainder of the process. Learn as much as you can about the process and keep a fire under your attorneys tail. Show the letter to your attorney and tell him/her you want this done and sent by over night express by the end of THIS week. RFEs can and should be complied with immediately.

Yes, do visit him in person. He could have this done and on it's way there in the same day. It's what you're paying him for.
