I have to pull my weight. Everyone else should have to do the same, rather than blaming something that happened decades and centuries ago. The real question is why do you keep living in the past? It reminds of people I know that blame their crappy lives on their ex-spouses. Get over it and do something with your life. Quit freakin whining and blaming other people.

My problem with the model presented is that other ethnic groups have gone through similar hardships in the past but have recovered fully.

Most of the issues that the community faces relate to what occurred after the 1960s rather than before them.
