Update; odd. Even though it STILL says updated delivery day is tomorrow, I just got notified that it was delivered at 11:56 this morning.

Seems convenient knowing that they'd have to give me a refund if it hadn't.

Whatever. Ill take it. Hopefully I get the NOA1 soon.

Can I please just received my damn NOA2? Feels like eternity..

It sometimes feels like that in this process. Think about the next step (wait) next step (wait).

A few years ago when we filed for our visa, USCIS was taking more than three months to adjudicate anyone's file. Now it's less than 30 days. Man, I wish that was the same for us.

Hang in there as the rest of the trip will feel like your on a California freeway; hurry up and stop, hurry up and stop. :) Patience Grasshopper.

Your going to have a heart attack 16Valve if you keep putting that much pressure on yourself and others. I don't know what it is but over the years I find the ones who are pushing and pushing are getting farther and farther behind. Maybe it's the expectation level.

Relax man. Let me buy you a beer. You have a long road ahead and there are a lot more pot holes in the road.

very quiet today, nothing new from me. I'm thinking I timed this week very poorly. It would be nice to hear something tomorrow, but since it's Christmas eve.. my hopes aren't too high :\

Keep in mind that a forum like this one is for initial bonding with others who are along the same timeline as you for initial processing. The initial application is the same no matter where in the world you are. But, having said that, once you get your approval (NOA2 text message or email), you should also check in with your country's sub-forum to get a better understanding of the process for the Embassy that you will be interviewing with, and to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to at the US Embassy - Haiti.

Those in this thread, are applying from various Embassies around the world and there are different processes for each. So what works in Russian, Philippines or UAE may not work for those processing through the US Embassy - Haiti. When you are at the VJ sub forum for all things dealing with the US Embassy in Haiti most there will help answer your questions for the processing of your visa using their personal experience.

Get the Haiti K-1 Embassy instructions at http://ethiopia.usembassy.gov/visas/fianc-visas-k/k-1-fiance-/-k3--spouse-visa-appointment-checklist.htmlas this is your bible needed to complete and receive your visa.

Last but not least, READ the pages on the US Embassy website for you country so that you are up to speed.
