What kind of proof they need from him to show if he lives with me or not? He moved out over the summer and I'm pretty sure he didn't renew his address on his license

his domicile and duration of domicile should be covered in one of the paragraphs you're preparing in a letter of attestation.

Oh Darnell- spiteful and vengeful are not adjectives most would use to describe you(!)

But I do agree with your advice. If the OP believes the estranged spouse may attempt to file (and lets just call it what it is) fraudulently- then she should absolutely contact USCIS whether its through an infopass/fraud officer or writing a letter.

Reporting a potentially fraudulent application can be done out of vengefulness or spite or it can be done in the spirit of righteousness and whats just. (the latter is more accurate of your character)

by now, I hope that you have:

1. assembled your evidence

2. written letters of attestation, perhaps multiple letters of attestation, each letter going over each type of evidence that you've accumulated

3. set up an infopass appointment online and

4. filed for divorce .

Any news ?
