I'm desperate. I feel a great sadness in my soul. See nebraska office is taking too long, and have five months waiting for my approval and still nothing. my husband makes me a great lack only God knows. I hope I can soon receive the news that my case at least is moving with the approval .... I think I'm going crazy, the more I have to wait? My husband and I made three phone lines to call the USCIS and just told us to wait that were working the April 2, 2015, and I wonder why, if I know if they are with me and have your approval ... .. please help !!!

We were at Nebraska too. It takes them between five and six months to review your case and give you notice. I think we got our NOA2 in five months and ten days, but you can see that from my timeline.

Just be patient, I'm sure you'll hear something soon. And start preparing for NVC, if you haven't done so already.

What is your NOA1 date? if you are still within the 5-6 months period, calling USCIS would be of no help. Also, going crazy would be of no help. This is normal timing that everyone has to wait. Try to be patience and start gathering all the documents for NVC. Your approval is coming very soon but no need to be desperate. Thankfully, you are not out of the normal so no need to be worried or stressed. Im currently in my second month waiting. Asking patience from GOD.

Everything will be fine. Processing at USCIS is just the easiest part of this journey. Get ready to rumble with NVC and Consulate. Start getting all your stuff together (beneficiary and Petitioner).

Good luck on everything.
