K1 visa approved today????

Tread lightly, approved means everything seems to be in order. They can't actually tell you if you're truly approve or denied. Anyway typically what they say goes...but not always. Get that medical done and sounds like you're good.

Actually I didn't even know it was my interview. When I contacted by embassy on Thursday, they asked me if I have all the documents. I told them yes, but I haven't submit DS-160 and pay visa fee yet. Also my medical.then she told me submit your DS160 and pay visa fee, bring my documents on Sunday, they will schedule my interview. When I went there to submit, they told to wait, so I waited half an hour, they took my finger print. After consular assistant asked me if I brought evidence of relationship. All I have with me Tickets, boarding pass and 10 photos. Then I waited another half an hour for the interview. Edited by Zhenshu

08/14/2015: NOA1 received by email; hardcopy received approximately 08/17/2015
09/14/2015: NOA2 received
09/30/2015: NVC received case
10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"
10/08/2015: CEAC status changed to "Ready"
10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

02/18/2016: Married! :)

03/14/2016: I-485/765/131 NOAs received by mail. USCIS Received Date 03/04/2016; USCIS Notice Date 03/10/2016
03/25/2016: Received biometrics appointment letter for I-485 & I-765
04/04/2016: Biometrics appointment
04/26/2016: Received notification that the I-131 was approved and the name was updated on the I-765
05/23/2016: Received notice that card was being produced for I-765.
05/28/2016: Received EAD/AP card.
06/01/2016: Received electronic notice that AOS interview has been scheduled.
06/30/2016: I-485 interview at USCIS Baltimore Field Office.
09/01/2016: InfoPass appointment made for 09/07/2016.
09/06/2016: Received electronic notification that I-485 was approved on 09/02/2016.
09/09/2016: Received approval letter.
09/14/2016: Green Card delivered! :)

06/13/2018: I-751 package mailed to Vermont Service Center
06/25/2018: NOA/extension letter received, dated 06/19/2018

07/14/2018: Received ASC notice for Biometrics Appointment

07/25/18: Completed Biometrics

06/13/19: Received email notification of card production. I-751 approved!

Embassy received my medical today, after half an hour my visa is issued.????????? yay!!! ???

Hi Congratz to you :) It's strange that when US Consular contacted me when they received the approved I-129 from NVC, they want me to do my medical first before they can schedule my interview. My medical will be on sunday and i have completed all required documents.

How long was your medical at AMH? Did they give you a copy of your medical result afterwards?

July 12, 2016 - EAD & AP case was received
July 22, 2016 - I-485 Fingerprint Fee was received
July 26, 2016 - Electronic text & email received at 12:20midnight
July 26, 2016 - Check has been cashed out at 4:00am
July 29, 2016 - AOS, EAD & AP NOA1s hardcopy received
August 05, 2016 - Biometric Appointment Letter received (it was sent on 2nd Aug)
August 15, 2016 - Biometric Successfully Done within 20 minutes at Southpoint Jacksonville
September 21, 2016 - EAD and AP APPROVED via USCIS case status (Sept. 21 in the morning, EAD status was "NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED" and same day in the evening EAD and AP = APPROVED :dancing: )
September 26, 2016 - EAD and AP Approval Notice Hardcopies Received by Mailbox
October 5, 2016 - EAD case changed to CARD WAS MAILED
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card (EAD/AP) status changed to CARD WAS DELIVERED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE
October 11, 2016 - Combo Card received :) when I checked our mailbox at 4pm
October 12, 2016 - Went to SS Office and changed my name to married name
**No Interview for I485 :dancing::idea::dancing:
November 17, 2016 - Green Card status APPROVED and in the afternoon it changed to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED :dancing:
November 23, 2016 - Card was mailed to me
November 25, 2016 - Card was picked up by USPS
November 26, 2016 - Green Card received in the mailbox : :dancing:
