Do they have to set an schedule for the medical?where?

How much is the medical cost for each?

Also i have a correction on the form DS260 name of mother was misspelled, can my wife correct it during the interview?

Medical is a first come, first served, no scheduling. I do suggest she complete the pre-registration form online and bring copies. http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

Costs: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#medical-fees

http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

The  in the DS-260 can be corrected during the interview

Embassy instructions letter. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/IV%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf
