Hi Mr. Hank,

I'm would like to ask a few questions cos I'm a little bit confuse about the registering for delivery. My visa is CR-1, my questions are, when am I going to register, is it before the interview or after?

You can register the delivery address before the interview (recommended).   After the interview you have ONLY 24 hrs to register the delivery address.

That's just a standard form warning for the site you can ignore that part. Under the new application/ schedule appointment follow the process to register a delivery address only for CR1 or the correct visa class, etc.

Glad  you got it handled, thanks @ suss6052 . ..     I was snoozing on this side of the world.  😴

Thanks. I've seen that message quite a bit in checking the status, and in other people's screen shots, so I knew it doesn't mean much if it doesn't apply.

What visa type are you?  Your timeline and profile are blank

 :time:

You never set up your profile and delivery address until just now?   Delivery address was to be registered no later than 24 hrs after the interview  (you can set up your delivery address any time before the interview).

That explains why you have been sitting for over a month waiting ..

You have contacted the embassy on this and they are aware that you just now registered your delivery address?

Here is some info for tracking

To track your visa status on the CEAC use the link below ( K-1 is processed as an immigrant visa) :
https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

To track your visa status on USTRAVELDOCS this link is an option:
http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-passportretrieve.asp#trackingoptions

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-main-contactus.asp     Enter passport number.

Here is a list for 2GO locations:
http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/tools/outlets.asp

Tracking your visa through 2GO:  (2GO tracking may use the MNL#, passport # or UID number from the interview confirmation page)

https://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/etrace/index.asp

~  2 days after ISSUED  you can try to call 2GO at this number to check status 901-1404  (2GO picks up the visa packages from the embassy at 5PM weekdays)  Hot link number is (63-2) 77-99-222

*Dashboard is blank on USTRAVELDOC*

After the interview, finding you dashboard on USTRAVELDOCS blank is very common.  You have 24 hrs after the interview to update your registered DELIVERY ADDRESS for your visa, if you want to change it.  After the 24 hours everything will go blank, then once the visa is issued all your data will appear again.

Additional Ways Of Checking your Passport/Visa Status

You can verify the status by sending your passport number as the SUBJECT and email to

passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

If you receive an automated reply that says "Not Delivered," then your passport is  ready for pick-up at
the 2GO branch you selected.

Prior to "Not delivered," the status would be "Transit from post."
