Green Card Interview Tomorrow - How To Dress?

Hey there guys,

The big day is tomorrow. Are we right to prepare like we have a job interview or is casual okay?

Sounds ridiculous but we're just trying to get all of our ducks in a row.

I think the key word is interview. 'Casual' is pretty ambiguous. I dont think I would show up in jeans and flip flops to mine. Business casual at the least would be my take, sunday best if thats your sort of thing. Enough that you took the time to care how you presented yourself and the business at hand but not anything outrageous.

Is it an important event or just hanging out with friends?

Go business casual, when we went for our interview, some people were really sloppily dressed and it just did not gel well with the seriousness of the office and the IOs. Wear a collared shirt and proper shoes, doesn't hurt to present a clean cut image.

Followed the business casual model and passed the interview as expected.
