Finally got ahold of a representative named Monica. She said on her computer she didn't see that my IV fee has been paid. But we did it already last September 2,2015.And also they hasn't reviewed my DS260 yet. She said in 42 days. Is there any assurance they will fix it? She said they already reviewed my AOS and supporting documents and no problem. Only the DS260.:( what to do now? I submitted DS260 September 9,2015. :(
