VJ site will not allow me to enter actual dates.

The NVC sent our package of docs. to Embassy on July 10,2015.

Embassy claims they received documents Sept.18,2015

I have all the communication/ confirmation emails.

When I enter this in the timeline, it indicates an error due to the length of time inbetween dates.

I did enter an incorrect date on "Consulate Received" just to put a date and get it completed.

Anyone know how I can put the actual dates in ?

Not 100% sure, but could it be that the date format is incorrect?

Are you putting them in the correct format?

Format should be:

YYYY-MM-DD

(So for example: July 10,2015 ---> 2015-07-10 )

Also, all date fields have a "date picker" calendar option -- use that! (see screenshot)

I did it correctly. The site will not accept a date that is more than 4 weeks after NVC sent documents to Embassy.
