• Vaccinations: vaccination documentation worksheet from the local Egyptian embassy certified doctor

• SSNC: Social Security Number Card

• wife old job verify and pay rate report

• wife new Job Verify and pay rate report

• husband 90 days JOB pay stub

you could send in everything possible and MORE and STILL get an RFE! you can post THE most complete list, and we could all say - oh nope - everything is there, you won't get an RFE... then still get one.

you are just going to have to wait!

ETA : i did not send any evidence of proof of co-mingling when i submitted our AOS.... also you MAY receive an RFE for 2006 taxes if you filed AOS this year...

People have received RFE's for info they have already sent.

There is no way of knowing.....just gather what they ask for.....make a copy of everything and send it off.

Then relax! :)

yea maybe they ask for taxes, cuz i just filled then week later i made the taxes

also i just worked one month, so the taxes is my wife only

i didnt get paid that much for paying taxes,

i heard its minimum 4000$ to start paying taxes, which i didnt reach that at all

plus, am on k-1 visa, and am applying for adjustment of status

I sent everything that they want and I still get 2 RFE for affidavit support and marriage license. So maybe if u're lucky u dont get any RFE, who knows. We never know whats going on over there though. Good luck ok..

Timeline

I received and RFE for materials that I had in fact included in the original submission. I sent the requested materials and they took it the second time. Now statistically speaking the heat is off of USCIS for taking 18 months to issue the greencard.

Afterall, its not their fault now. It's taking so long because I made an error in my application. Convient....no?
