Hello,

Can anyone please tell me where to mail my I-29 Petition Package while living in Perth, Australia?? Do we send them to Sydney or Dallas in the USA? I keep getting emails from the support website stating to login in pay online but I can't without a Case ID, which I am assuming we get after we send in the Petition (with the fee payment??). Since we live in Perth, we would need to get an Australian money order or check sent to Sydney is that correct? Please help! Thank you!

Hey hey,

The whole package is sent to the Dallas lockbox, including the US$ money order.

Yes, on Dallas, but the petition filing fee requires more than just a US dollar money order. The money check or money order must be drawn on a US Bank "located in the US". If you can't arrange that, by simply writing a check on the USC's US bank account, you may need to ask a US relative or friend to provide the check for you, either in advance of mailing or mail the package to them to add the check to the top and send on to the Dallas PO Box address.

The information about the payment instructions is found in the I-129F instructions. Careful study of those instructions is going to be critical to your ultimate success, if you're planning on "doing it yourself".

Thank you! I received an email from the support team stating we were able to have an international money order drafted at Aus Post so hopefully that works.

What support team sent you that email? I suspect you've contacted the wrong support team, if they responded by email.
