Manila - St. Luke's requesting more documents??

Good day all-

My wife is going through her physical exam currently at St. Luke's in Manila. (I am not there but I will be for interview in a few weeks)

St. Luke's gave her a letter at the end of her 1st day and they are requesting 3 pictures, the confirmation of the Immigrant visa being completed, as well as some other documents even the "where to send visa".

I was not aware St.Lukes would request this.... She wasn't prepared either so she is scrambling to get all printed and pictures. She did have one picture.

Has anyone else came across this issue??

For Medical My Husband had to present the letter confirming interview and 4 passport pictures. This was in Montreal.

on the St lukes website it has list of requirements.

The interview letter that you recieve would of had instructions on how to go to the SLEC website

For passport photos there are lots of places in manila to get them Robison mall or other places she just need to tell them she needs ameican size

for the interview letter you and or her should have also recieve an e-mailm she can just print out as for as other documents she should have as she will also need them for the interview

I do have one quetion does she have a cenomar? as it is not listed for require documents for the interview and some people do not think it is needed there for the cr-1 visa interview however it is require if she does not have it thye will not issue her visa untill they have that

Do not let the name Cenomar name confuse you. single or married the form need to be fill out

IF a person is single they will recieve a certifacate of no marriage

if married the person will recieve an advisory to marriage aka as cemar
