Cannot get Police Certificate for IR1

Hi, I have the interview later this month and the visa website is asking for recent police certificate because the one I sent to NVC is more than one year old. Currently I have a case in the traffic court with no casualities which is going to take time as the other party does not show up. The other party is claiming that I showed him my middle finger in my car. When I asked for the police certificate they told me today that I have a case in the court and to come next week because they will make investigation. My question is what if I cannot bring a recent police certificate? will this make my IR1 denied?

You can still go to the interview but your visa will most likely not be issued until you have provided them with an updated police cert.

Showing middle finger in middle east region is a serious offense you can land into jail for few weeks or months or you have to pay fine depends on your Qatar court rules that's why POLICE is not issuing your certificate you have to wait for one week in order to get your Police Certificate.

If you cannot get the police certificate right now and go to the interview, they probably will not deny you. They just may put your case in AP until you submit the police certificate.
