After being approved conditional greencard back in Oct last year, I still have not received my greencard and after many phone calls and letters I made an info pass appointment In Boston for next week, Today in the mail I receive a letter from Boston telling me that they have requested all my paperwork to be returned from MSC to Boston and to make an info pass appointment for on or after April 9th ,Wont this ever end, why is it so hard for someone to print and issue me a greencard, I have the stamp in my passport and they have assured me time and time again that I have been approved, so now I am left guessing to why everything has to go back to boston, and I was silly enough to believe i was done with immigration and the never ending paperwork for at least 2 years

One day someone will get something right the first time

Feb 6th 2004 received package 3

March 11th 2004 recieved package 4

April 7th 2004 interview in Sydney

April 7th 2004 VISA GRANTED

April 27th 2004 Arrive in Boston 8.30pm

may 29th 2004 WEDDING DAY

May 11th 2004 applied for SSN

May 17th received SSN card

June 12th 2004 applied for AOS EAD AP

July 7th 2004 NOA received for AOS EAD

August 3rd 2004 Biometrics appt in Rhode Island

EAD approved online Aug 3rd 2004

EAD card arrived in the Mail Aug 9th 2004

started working 13th September 2004

applied for renewal of EAD May 9th 2005

bio appt for EAD renewal June 10th 2005 in Boston

July 6th renewal EAD approved

July 12th 2005 renewal EAD arrived in the mail

Sept 12th AOS suspended until FBI fingerprints are done

Sept 17th FBI fingerprint appt

Oct 14th 2005 AOS interview

Oct 14th 2005 AOS interview success

HUWAAT?? It's they're fault and they have the nerve to asked you to pay again..holy cow...Oppps I maybe forgoten somethin here --we dealt with uscis and most of the time they dont know what they were doing...Uh!!! we pay so much tax for them and we get nothing..LoL..Anyways just cross ur finger for that...Goodluck...

18 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-485, I-131, I-765 received!
19 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-130 received!
24 August 2005 - Biometrics appointment (Naperville, IL).
25 August 2005 - AOS touched.
29 August 2005 - AP, EAD, I-485 touched.
15 September 2005 - AP and EAD approved!
03 February 2006 - SSN arrives (150 days later)
27 February 2006 - NOA 2: Interview for 27 April!!
27 April 2006 - AOS Interview, approved after 10 minutes!
19 May 2006 - 2 year conditional green card.
01 May 2008 - 10 year green card arrives.
09 December 2012 - Assembled N-400 package.
15 January 2013 - Sent package off to Phoenix.
28 January 2013 - RFE: signature missing.
06 February 2013 - NOA 1: N-400 received!
27 February 2013 - Biometrics appointment (Detroit, MI).
01 April 2013 - NOA 2: Interview assigned.

15 May 2013 - Naturalization Interview, approved after 15 minutes.

10 June 2013 - Naturalized.
