I just wanna thank everybody for helping me out to clarify some issues at the time of my filing for I-751. I finally got my GC today from California Service Center. Here's my timeline:

11/26/06 sent petition thru priority mail ($205 fee)

After 2 weeks, petition came back (wrong date on check)

Mailed it back the following day

1/16/07 Biotmetrics taken

2/20/07- petition approved

2/28/07 GC received from the mail.

To those who are still waiting for approval, good luck and just hang in there.

Wow, you guys had your I-751 approved fast! I'm generally reading these stories ranging from 6 months to 1 year, and now i'm seeing 2.5 months! Awesome. I filed last Friday 3/2/2007 at CSC. Hopefully they'll be just as fast. I sent it overnight, too bad that there was nobody there on Saturday.I had already given up on travel plans for March 14th. With a small miracle, the NOA might get here on time. Fingers crossed.

03/02/2007: Filed joint I-751. Day 0

04/19/2007: Card production ordered E-mail received. Day 48

04/23/2007: Petition approved E-mail received. Day 52
