Ok I got the letter today in the mail. And what I need is check stubs and letters from employers of my petitioner and sponsor. So annoying cus I had already provided all

Of that. And plus all that info is in the w-2!! Ugh! I guess is not enough evidence. They want 6 months of check stubs. And we provided only a month and a half of check stubs for each.

It's upsetting!!!

It's December 1st and no further update on my end. Our VisaJourney timeline is estimating EAD getting adjudicated between 12/11 - 12/15 and AP between 12/10 - 12/13. We really just want to receive it in the mail by the 16th before we depart for the holidays...all domestic travel so it's not absolutely necessary...but still would like the peace of mind.

I wrote a full detailed account of our AOS process, timeline, AP use, and interview on my blog. You can read it here.

Still nothing....anyone?

My driver's license expired yesterday, so I can't renew it without the EAD/AP card!

This waiting game is killing me...on Monday will be 74 days since they received my application and still nothing!

Good luck everyone!
