Documents that are need during the interview

Hello guys! I'm new in this forum. I would like to ask if there are other documents that the consul would be asking--other than the important ones--such as scholastic records? Since my wife is the principal and me and my son will accompany her, do I have to produce such records as well? I'm a little bit bothered because the college that I graduated from cannot produce a diploma for me due to some technicalities. I came up with this question while filling out the DS 260 online and that I had to put my educational background.

And It also would be helpful if you can link me to some topics that discuss what documents that are usually asked by the interviewer. Thanks a lot.

Follow the embassy instructions letter for what is needed. Also, even thought it is not clearly stated in the letter, bring a CENOMAR/CEMAR from NSO (PSA)

Yes. However, it becomes a CEMAR and not CNOMAR after you got married even though it's the same process (and form) used.

YES!! You need to do this. NSO (PSA) will issue a CEMAR because you are married, but you must request the CENOMAR.

guyz, good news! Our interview date is set on Jan 11 at 6:15 am. Me my wife and 2 year old son passed the medical exam which was the most nerve-wracking experience we have ever had! I just want to share this happiness. Thank you.

you're right about that! we're so happy we made it this far and the interview went smoothly. The officer was very nice and friendly even though my wife and i were so nervous. We arrive at 5:30 and we got out around 8:20 with a big smile.

the next thing we want to prepare is the point of entry. i his heard that homeland security is so strict. Could you guyz give us a heads-up what to expect when we arrive, what are the things we should be prepared for? thanks.

Just have your passport with visa, your packet from USEM and a smile. Look the IO in the eyes when speaking to him and all should go fine. They really aren't that bad. They are in a rush to screen you and get you through so be ready.
