Singapore K1 visa questions

My fiancée is a Philippine citizen living and working in Singapore. We are now at the stage where the u.s. Embassy has mailed her packet 3. Unfortunately, the packet has not arrived for 18 days. We have both been reading this forum often lately, but seem to be getting mixed answers to our questions. Therefore, I will ask the forum directly.

Do we or do we not need the police clearance from Singapore? We already have one from the Philippines. She has scheduled her medical for next weekend.

What should we expect from this point forward?

And is there any advice other members can give us?

We are just stressed out about the process and the fact that the mail was delayed and we get conflicting information or we try to tie information from other countries into our situation is daunting at best.

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance you guys can provide.

All the information I have seen states if you have lived in another country for 6 months or more you need a police certificate/clearance from that country.

Sorry I cannot help with your other questions as I am not familiar with that consulate. You may want to do a search or visit the appropriate portal.

She needs to get certificate of clearance from Singapore.

The police officer will ask your Embassy letter to issue your clearance.

You must follow up your Pkt-3. You may need to ask US embassy the tracking number of Pkt 3.
