Mu case in uscis didnt approved yet i am septemper 2014 filler form 1_130 my case in texas for tow weeks ago my husband do e request to know the reason why they delay

Yesterday they reply us that my case transfered to vermont to review who can tell me why my case trasfered to vermont and after the review they willb approve or not they gave us 60 days maxinum for complete review

You may file a legal action against the USCIS to demand that they provide you with an answer to your petition or adjudicate the application if the immigration service is taking longer than normal to make a decision on your case. don't wit sue USCIS

the time frame at USCIS is 6 months. And your timeline shows you filed in Sept so just keep calm. If you want you may try to get an Info pass or supervisor on phone and inquire about your case in details.

P.S : As far as i know you cant challenge any decision by USCIS, NVC or Embassy because Visa is a privileged not a rights.
