K-1 visa question for fees for kids

I am filing the I-129f forms; my fiance' has 2 children, which I included on the forms in childrens place; do I add $340 for each child when I send in the forms?

so send $340 X 3 = $1020 total ??

Do they need a G325 form each also? w passport photos?

I know the medicals are $223 for adult and $185 per each child at SLMC

Want to make sure filing it all correctly to start with.

anyone else bringing kids from Philippines to USA ?? advice appreciated

Of course already have birth certificates, cenomar, nbi, etc...just help in adding them on to the 129 forms

Consider reading page 6 of the Form I-129F petition instructions:

The filing fee for a Form I-129F is $340.

The filing fee is for the form, not the people listed. At the visa petition phase, all you have to do is list the children where indicated on the Form I-129F. There will be plenty of costs/forms/documents associated with the kid's visas later on at the visa application phase of the process at the embassy.

For the I-129F there is only the one fee as stated; $340.

CENOMAR, NBI are a waste of time to add with the I-129F

You will have to pay a visa fee for each child, and medical for each.

Don't forget the passports.
